Playing games with the solitaire

From breakingnews.ie

"A fisherman has been taken to hospital following a rescue operation by the Ballyglass Lifeboat off the Co Mayo coast this morning.

The man is understood to have collapsed on board a vessel in Broadhaven Bay.

He was brought to Ballyglass pier by the lifeboat and transferred to Castlebar General Hospital.

GardaĆ later confirmed the fisherman was arrested shortly after 11am under the Public Order Act on suspicion of entering an exclusion zone thrown up by Shell around their pipeline works."

So the fisherman (Pat O'Donnell- whose boat the Iona Isle was recently sunk) was airlifted after he 'collapsed'?
I find that a bit hard to believe.
Then he was arrested, for going about his daily job (he was fishing in an area where Shell told him not to be fishing).
Yet again, no one listens, no one cares.
